Welcome to Yapproom

Operated by Alpha Business Solutions Pvt. Ltd., these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access and use of our mobile application, website (www.yapproom.com), and all associated services and features, including but not limited to challenges, rewards programs, and referral campaigns.

By downloading, accessing, or using Yapproom in any way, you agree to these Terms. If you disagree, you must not use Yapproom.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age and a resident of India.
If you are under 18, parental or guardian consent and supervision is required.

2. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
You agree to provide accurate, up-to-date information during registration and profile completion.

4. Acceptable Usage

You agree not to:

Violate any laws or regulations
Impersonate others or provide false information
Use bots, scripts, or automated tools
Upload or distribute offensive, inappropriate, or infringing content
Harass, abuse, or threaten other users

5. Privacy

We collect user data per our Privacy Policy.
You explicitly consent to the collection of your personal data to verify eligibility, distribute rewards, and enhance service functionality.

6. Payment & Rewards

Users must enter a correct and valid UPI ID or alternate payment method for receiving rewards.
Yapproom does not verify the validity of UPI/alternative methods and is not responsible for failed or misdirected payments.
In case of any technical issues, discrepancies, or system malfunctions affecting reward determination or distribution, the decision of Yapproom shall be final and binding.
Users acknowledge that technical glitches, outages, or service interruptions may occur and waive any claim for damages or rewards in such events unless verified and approved by the Yapproom team.

7. Modifications

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use constitutes acceptance.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account if you violate these Terms or for any misuse of the platform.

9. Disclaimer

Yapproom is provided on an “as is” basis without any warranties. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or functionality.

10. Limitation of Liability

We are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses.
Our maximum liability shall not exceed the total rewards owed to a user, if any.

11. Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by Indian law.
Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Chennai, Tamil Nadu.
