Rewards are issued only after YappRoom verifies, from its server logs, that all qualifying conditions are met. Participants must be 18 years of age or older and residents of India.
Employees, affiliates, partners, and agents of Yapproom (operated by Alpha Business Solutions Pvt Ltd) are not eligible for rewards. Screenshots or client-side displays are illustrative only and are not proof of eligibility.
YappRoom may require identity/KYC to comply with applicable laws (including TDS, if any). Failure to complete verification may result in cancellation of the reward.
Users must provide a correct and active UPI ID or alternate payment method in their own name.
YappRoom does not independently validate the accuracy/ownership/status of payment details.
YappRoom is not responsible for failed, delayed, or misdirected credits due to user-provided errors, account restrictions, UPI/bank downtime, network issues, or third-party failures.
Despite best efforts, glitches/outages/latency may occur. Where reward calculation or display is affected, YappRoom will rely on back-end audit logs.
In case of any inconsistency or dispute, YappRoom's decision—based on its audit logs—shall be final and binding.
YappRoom may pause, modify, or cancel payouts affected by a glitch until validation is complete.
YappRoom may withhold, cancel, or reverse rewards for suspected fraud/abuse, including but not limited to: bot/automation use, mass/self-referrals, multi-accounting, fake/invalid installs, or manipulation of app flows.
Accounts found violating policies may be suspended or terminated without further notice.
Normal payout timelines are up to 30 days from validation; external processing times may vary.
YappRoom may update reward rates, caps, timelines or eligibility rules at any time without prior notice, subject to applicable law.
Users are responsible for taxes on rewards, if applicable. YappRoom may deduct TDS or seek PAN/KYC where required by law.
For claims, contact support@yapproom.com within 48 hours of the event/result. Provide your registered email/phone, UPI ID, and details.
These terms are governed by the laws of India; courts at Tirunelveli, Tamil Nadu shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
